Kelly also co-authored the attorney practice tips for the Judicial Council's California Forms of Jury Instructions on trade secrets. A frequent speaker and approved MCLE provider\, he has presented to leading organizations such as PIHRA\, the California Employer Advisory Council\, the Los Angeles County Bar Association\, BLR Events\, and UCLA. His commentary has been featured in major media outlets including CNN Entertainment\, the Associated Press\, Law360\, Reuters\, E! News\, and the Daily Journal. Kelly has been recognized on the Southern\n\nCalifornia Super Lawyers list every year since 2006 and was recently honored by Best Lawyers in America.
