Goldstein\, Chief Operating Officer\, Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill brings 35 years of progressive management\, operations and R&D experience to this seminar which will help you prepare for the challenges of increased labor costs in the region.\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\nAs chief operating officer of Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill\, David has been an integral part of the company's strategic planning and growth since 2007. He has a background in the fast casual sector and is an industry veteran with more than 35 years of progressive management\, operations\, and R&D experience. During his career\, David has been involved at the executive level in the expansion of three national restaurant concepts\, including TGI Friday's\, Kenny Rogers Roasters and Baja Fresh. His experience in organizing and directing successful Teams to establish new enterprises\, enhance business and build profitable operations is an asset to Sharky's.
