Accommodations:
- You'll be staying in a luxury villa located in Grand Porto Cervo Hotel, Sardinia for 6 nights.
Welcome & Farewell:
- A special welcome and farewell aperitif will be provided for you.
Daily Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation:
- You'll have a daily 60-minute Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation session.
- You'll also experience (conscious movement) sessions.
- Additionally, there will be a daily group coaching session.
Meals:
