Business Needs to Know - How to Write a Winning Business Plan

Business Needs to Know
Educational and Professional Development Program

Come to this workshop and learn:

  • What is a business plan?
  • How do I write a business plan?
  • How do I organize my ideas and propel them forward?
  • How can I share my vision of my company with others?

Instruction provided by Barbara Schwartz: Born in Brooklyn, Barbara spent entire life in New York until June 2011 when she relocated to Los Angeles. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and a MS in Human Resources and Labor Relations.  Her working life was spent at MSC Industrial Supply in a variety of positions, beginning as Office Manager moving on to Director of Operations and finally Vice President. Leaving MSC in 2006, she returned to school for a MS degree enabling her to teach at a university. Prior to coming to Los Angeles, Barbara taught at NYU, NYIT & Adelphi University. Subjects included entrepreneurship, Business Management, Organizational Behavior and similar subjects. Active in SCORE Long Island, it was a natural move for Barbara to transfer to the Greater LA chapter.
