A FREE workshop for those 40+

Whether it's expressive movement, or choreography from the ages, join us to engage in movement that will bring your joy to the surface, create community, and remind us all that whatever our age is, we have so much more to give. There is no judgment here. Come as you are, dance with all you have, and leave with a renewed purpose!

Choreographer Bill Goodson will return to teach! Guaranteed to bring out your inner joy, your inner diva, and awaken your soul with JOY!

Ricka Kelsch, Founder and Executive Director of Dance and Dialogue, will connect us and strengthen our purpose to remain relevant and fulfilled, regardless of age.
