Presented by the American Food Association, the Global Cuisine Awards is established to recognize excellence in the global culinary industry. This year, GCA is recognizing Los Angeles’s top restaurants in 13 regional and feature categories. 

In addition to the awards ceremony, we would also love to invite you to attend The 2nd Annual Sino-US Cultural Industry Summit in the morning of December 17. The summit offers a unique way for restauranteurs, hoteliers, managers, chefs and sommeliers—from both the United States and China—to blend their knowledge and expertise within the ever changing culinary landscape.
