Italian Cooking Class Wednesday, May 26th at 6:00pm Learn to cook like an Italian! Join Il Fornaio Chef Giuseppe DiMola as he leads this step-by-step class in creating a spring Italian dinner. The class includes a sampling of each featured dish. Insalata Contadina A traditional potato and green bean salad perfect for summertime. Gnocchi alla Marinara Housemade potato gnocchi in a fresh marinara sauce. Learn the basics of gnocchi-making, marinara sauce and its variations. Branzino e Gamberi di Venezia A Venetian dish of sautéed seabass and shrimp. Crema Bruciata al Amaretto Italian-style custard flavored with amaretto.
