Bobbe Joy Dawson currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. For the past 20 plus years she has been both a member of the Chamber and on the Board of Directors. She is only the 7th female in 103 year history of this Chamber to head the Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.

Bobbe Joy is a professional makeup artist who has transformed women of all ages and ethnicities into positive and self assured people through her guidance and education on how to be their best self.

She has had her own contemporary line of custom cosmetics, (Makeup!BobbeJoy), and makeup studios (Bobbe Joy Makeup Studio) in Beverly Hills for many years. She has also had a 20 year freelance makeup career in TV, Film and Print.

Bobbe established her professional reputation on television and movie sets and in the studios of respected fashion and beauty photographers.(Annie Liebowitz, Patrick Demarchelier, Harry Langdon to name a few). She has shared her knowledge and techniques on-air as part of makeover specials for HGTV, Access Hollywood, Extra, The Other Half, QVC and the pre Oscar Show on E!

She recently wrote a memoir about her life including valuable information on makeup and self esteem, entitled “RAISING EYEBROWS…CONFESSI0NS OF A BEVERLY HILLS MAKEUP ARTIST”
