The Chamber has partnered with the Beverly Hills Bar Association and Small Business Development Center to bring together a panel of experts to discuss updates to the CARES Act and HR, Tax, and Legal issues as businesses begin to re-open.

Panelists will discuss the effect of recent legislation covering the Paycheck Protection Program on:

use of funds,
loan forgiveness calculation, and
terms of repayment.

They will comment on impacts of:

program application representations,
receiving funds, and
PPP loan forgiveness.

Panelists will also point out important employment law considerations for businesses as they reopen and the workforce returns.
