It is very easy to get stuck in energies that are not you. Like feeling sad for no reason, or even helpless or overwhelmed. It is easy to rationolize and try to explain away. Getting confused with what is your energy vs. other energies. This is where healings come in. When you get Healings its like an energetic shower where these energies can very easily flow of you and you dont have to be the affect of your surroundings.
