Kicking off on Thursday, November 21st and running through November 23rd with a breakfast burrito brunch on the 24th, this exclusive event promises a culinary journey that celebrates the vibrant flavors of New Mexico, transported by way of Brooklyn, to the glamour of the famed Los Angeles enclave, SIXTY Beverly Hills.

Originally hailing from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Chef Eric See is a renowned pastry chef and a two-time James Beard Award nominee for his exceptional work at Ursula. After honing his craft in New York City for over a decade—interning with culinary luminaries like Karen Demasco at Locanda Verde and crafting stunning desserts for high-profile clients such as Dior and Beyoncé—Chef See has established himself as a leader in both culinary excellence and community advocacy. His innovative approach and commitment to social impact earned him the StarChefs Rising Star Community Chef Award in 2020.
