Position Overview
The Boutique Client Advisor serves as the face of Abel Richard, responsible for curating an exceptional client experience at the highest echelon of luxury. This role requires a proven track record with ultra-high-net-worth clients (UHNW), mastery of discreet sales, and the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with collectors, tastemakers, and international clientele. We created pieces that blend technology, high tech material designs, personality and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Abel Richard with poise, refinement, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with UHNW clients, collectors, and private client liaisons.
Leverage an existing Beverly Hills–based top-tier client book to drive exclusive appointments and private viewings.
Conduct private presentations and curated product experiences across fine jewelry, timepieces, and haute leather categories.
Collaborate with management on bespoke commissions, trunk shows, curate boutique RSVP’s for events and international client engagements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience within ultra-luxury retail, specifically in high jewelry, watches, or heritage leather maisons (e.g., Cartier, Bulgari, Hermès, Audemars Piguet, etc.).
Proven history of exceeding sales targets with UHNW clientele.
Established client book in the Beverly Hills or Los Angeles ultra-luxury market.
Impeccable presentation, discretion, and deep understanding of luxury culture.
Multilingual fluency preferred (French, Italian, Arabic, or Mandarin a plus).
Strong CRM, event, and after-sales relationship management capabilities.
Compensation & Privileges
Earning Potential: $100,000 – $200,000 annually (hourly + commission)
Structure: Hourly compensation with competitive draw vs. commission
