The Chamber is hosting a webinar in partnership with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at El Camino College. We will welcome a panel of experts that will give actionable steps for restaurants to use in the current operating environment.

  • Orchestrating a recovery/turnaround in this COVID ravaged environment
  • ​Safety and health issues, guidelines and best practices (employees; patrons)
  • ​HR issues - managing, motivating, and maintaining existing staff, as well as recruiting replacement staff
  • ​Recommendations for municipalities and economic development officers on how best to aid restaurant business through encouraging outdoor dining experiences and creative safety guidelines which enhance safety with minimal negative impact on business operations
